She currently serves as the Managing Director of the Early Years Education System (EYES), Big Dreams Mon...tessori, Marketlane Early Learning Center and Abacus Daycare Center. She started EYES to provide state of the art daycare and tuition services for children aged 1-12. Naila serves as the President of the Ansaar Foundation, an organization working to reduce poverty by providing vulnerable individuals a comprehensive range of services, support and resources.
