Indigenous Tourism Association of New Brunswick 24.11.2020

Earlier this year ITAC launched the COVID-19 Stimulus Fund to assist Indigenous tourism operators to invest in measures which minimize the impact of COVID-19. The first program intake ran between April 07 April 30, 2020. In June, Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Indigenous Services, announced an additional $16 million for a new stimulus development fund to support the Indigenous tourism industry. With yesterday's announcement of phase 6 - the final release of funds, ITA...C has awarded 678 grants and $16.212M. This was made possible with the support of the Federal Government of Canada and the Indigenous Services Canada. ITANB is excited and proud to announce the NB Indigenous businesses who have received the Stimulus Development Funding. We encourage you to support these businesses when travelling throughout New Brunswick.
