Music has always been the driving factor moving me forward. Most decisions that I’ve made in my young adult life was in some way/shape/form guided by music. It has lead me to make some pretty drastic changes in my life, but more importantly it has given me purpose. Purpose to keep trying when I’ve failed, or to find hope in dark situations. It’s taken me all of these years to realize that no matter what phase of life I am in, music will be the common denominator. I am so grat...eful for the work I have put in this far to bring me to this point. I am proud of what I have accomplished and all that I have learned, and moreover I am so proud to continue working with so many amazing and talented songwriters and artists. However, special as it may be, one thing I can’t help but share is my concern for the direction which music is headed. As a producer, helping artists achieve their goals is something that I enjoy doing, both musically and as an artist. Though I can’t help but notice the overall lack of respect there is for the craft. I do what I do because I love it. Though It has taken me years of sweat, tears, money, hard work, sleepless nights, 5 am grinds, countless shitty gigs out of town for 10 people, staying up late to practice new skills, and a whole year out of my life to become certified as a recording engineer, but that’s just my story! More importantly, If we fail to recognize/celebrate the professionals who are investing properly in themselves and have respect for the industry and what’s come before them, then we will forever be sorry for the direction in which music will be headed. With that being said it’s 2020. At the end of the month I will be taking down all of my Free music and my producer day rate is going to start at $150 for 5 hours! Hit me up if you are a : 1.
