Hey Everyone! I don’t post on here much, but I felt this needed some recognition. Anyone local probably knows of Fire City Flowers, locates on Simcoe street in Raglan. After providing bins for a property cleanup, there was an outstanding balance for the last bin that was removed. Continuous attempts to contact the owner were made but phone calls, voicemails and text messages were ignored. I had to physically attend the property in order to communicate. After mutually agreeing... to part ways, I retrieved my bin that was still on site which was partially filled with garbage. I left the customer with the garbage and left the property. A short time later I received a series of text messages with threats to slander my business reputation on social media. I thought it would be best to let the truth be known first. I always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My customers are usually amazing and would attest to that.
