So I will starting energy medicine classes at the Ahimsa Sooke Yoga studio very soon. I am a Reiki master and intuitive homeopath who works with Crystals, flower essences, kinesiology, tantric numerology, astrology, healing touch, Kundalini Yoga and reflexology. I am hosting a get together tomorrow at 4:30 at the studio - it is located above St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. Anyone who wants to come and meet to discuss getting this class off the ground come to the studio tomorrow for a get together. Let's see if there is some interest and find out where everyone would like to start. I have started a new face book group called Island Kundalini. It is open to all Kundalini Yoga enthusiasts who wish to join.The focus of the group is to connect the Kundalini yogis of Vancouver Island and the smaller islands of the Pacific Coast of Canada. You are welcome to post your own classes and events there as well as information about global sadhanas, meditations, or general Kundalini information, activities and events that might interest our members.

A 40 day global Kundalini Yoga Peace meditation is beginning September 21st. I will be teaching the meditation at Ahimsa Yoga Friday night at the free Sacred Chant Healing Circle starting at 7:30. Message me if you need directions to the studio.

Infinite Spirit Yoga will be presenting a Kundalini Yoga for Prosperity Workshop Saturday, September 28th. at 11:00am - 2pm. The workshop is offered by donation. The location is #2- 2745 Anderson Rd. Message Alanda Carver if you need directions to the yoga studio.

So I have just been told that the cabin right on the beach at the Blackfish Inn is now available for our yoga camp. Please message me if you want to make a new reservation for an oceanside bed at Kundalini Yoga Camp! $90 per person per night including all classes! There is even room for your friends! The first 2 people who contact me to reserve will get the cabin - there is room for 6 friends to sleep there.

I want to start a Reiki Group at Infinite Spirit. I am a Reiki master so if you are new to Reiki I can teach you and give you an attunement to get you started. Let me know if you would like to come out to practice or learn Reiki and I will set up a time where the majority of us can get together.

I am just finishing up my yoga therapist intensive and I am looking for volunteers - individuals or small groups to work with so I can get some more experience. Please let me know if you are interested!!!
