Hey crew! Northern Health has authority over fitness facilities and personal services in terms of public health. WorkSafeBC has authority over us in terms of a safe workplace and protecting staff. Adhering to both of these authorities is where our Covid-19 rules and guidelines are developed9 We are restricted from allowing key access by Northern Health.... I've gotten a few inquiries this week about hours and I appreciate that these hours aren't necessarily convenient for every single human, however they were chosen based on two things: highest traffic and trying to hit most hours of the day 3 times a week. Unfortunately, I don't see this changing any time soon. I will be frank with you, I simply cannot afford to staff the gym any additional hours, until Northern Health lifts the restriction on key access this is where we are. Trust me when I say that we understand this is inconvenient. Covid-19 has had a major impact on our business and day to day operations. It's frustrating but we have to do what we need to do in order to remain safely open and keep our community protected. Thank you for your continued support and understanding, I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!

Hey Crew! As we start to phase through reopening, I know you are anxious for some restrictions on the gym to be lifted. We have not yet been allowed to ease up on anything we have in place, which is another indicator that we are in our current situation for the foreseeable future. Please do not enter the gym if you have travelled out of the country or are feeling unwell.... Please sanitize your hands upon entering the gym. Please disinfect anything you touch after you use it with the products provided. Please maintain 2 meters of distance from your fellow gym users. Please abide by all other rules posted. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.

Update for the first week of June! Can you believe we have been reopen for a month? We are now open to new members! Our hours will remain unchanged for the remainder of June and into July, we will reassess after the July long weekend. There still remains to be plenty of time during the day where it is quiet, particularly from 6pm-9pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday.... There have been no changes to guidelines and procedures and we don't forsee any changes happening before the end of 2020. We did have some electrical issues this morning (because of course) and we will be shuffling some cardio equipment over the next day or two to try and resolve the issue. As of June 15th, all membership that were automatically suspended at the date of closure will be lifted and memberships will be active with the appropriate number of days credited to each account. Thank you all again for your support and your cooperation during this time!

We are now open to NEW MEMBERS! All members will have to sign a new waiver beginning this week, but now that we have settled into our new hours and procedures we are happy to welcome those who are new to the gym world or new to town (and have done their required isolation ;)). HOURS:... Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30am-1pm & 4pm-9pm Tuesday & Thursday: 10am-6pm Saturday: 10am-4pm **Still no drop in available, minimum one month or 10x pass commitment required.

The Covid-19 safe operations plan (with direction from Northern Health on May 4th) remains in place and remains unchanged other than the access to tanning.... Key points: 8 person capacity Current Members only (no drop ins) Stay away when you're ill Wash hands frequently Use disinfectant before and after using any equipment Staff will be disinfecting high touch surfaces frequently (constantly) Come with as little baggage as possible Stay only as long as you need to and leave visiting for outside Keep 2m distance from your fellow gym members This is for your safety, the safety of our community and also in all of our best interest if we want to continue to remain open. CURRENT MEMBERS: humans who have held a membership at Infinite or Iron Alley in the past 6 months. It is my impression that guidelines will continue to restrict unsupervised (24 hour) access for the foreseeable future. We will keep you posted on any changes. We are half way through our first week of being open in these insane times and we are so happy with how everyone has been adjusting to this (hopefully) temporary situation! We were at capacity today around Noon for the first time since reopening and I understand that may be frustrating, but know that we are doing the best we can. How we are operating is in the best interest of our safety and wellness and also our sustainability. In the thick of this Covid-19 pandemic, we are ...following guidelines from Northern Health on safe operations. Cleanliness of our facility and your safety has ALWAYS been the Number One priority and will continue to be. If you are not currently working or wanting to get your lift on and can do so during hours that are less busy (late morning and after lunch), we would really appreciate you taking advantage of those low traffic hours. Your patience and empathy at this time does not go unnoticed my friends. We appreciate the sacrifices you are all making. Thank you all again, we appreciate your support more than you'll ever know!

We had 14 members through the doors today! Noon hour was almost to capacity, but still lots of room between 1-4pm. I understand the new hours are not as convenient as our normal business operations, but I'm so grateful for you all for understanding and taking our new procedures seriously and approaching this new normal (temporarily, hopefully) with gratitude and empathy.... We are monitoring the traffic and our hours may expand and/or change as the weeks go on and we will keep you updated accordingly. Thank you all so much for being a part of this community. We had 17 members back in action today. Plenty of room for more at most times during the day (5pm being the busiest, but still not at capacity). Current Hours:... Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am-1pm & 4PM-7pm Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 12pm-4pm Key access is restricted, Northern Health requires us to only allow patrons when there are staff present. Tanning is unavailable until the order is rescinded from the Province.

We are ready to welcome you back tomorrow at 8am! I understand there are a shit ton of rules and I understand these hours aren't the most convenient for everyone, but we are doing what we can within the guidelines we need to follow and the resources we have. We are taking this ongoing pandemic seriously and the safety of our members, staff, families and community are our Number One priority. Great that we have this service available locally, this will be a permanent part of our cleaning procedures!

Hello Crew! The time has come for us to open doors back up. We will be doing this in phases as we continue to monitor and be aware that Covid-19 is an ongoing issue and will likely be for some time. We will be opening with restrictions and with strict sanitization policies. We will be open the following hours (for CURRENT members only) starting May 4th:... Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am-1pm and 4pm-7pm Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 12pm-4pm *The gym will be accessible during these hours ONLY, 24 hour access has been suspended for the time being. There will be a maximum of 8 patrons allowed at a time and each patron will be allowed 60 minutes. We are mass sanitizing multiple times daily as well as between patrons so please exercise patience with us when you are in the gym and we are sanitizing around you. It is for your safety and will be a part of our standard operation procedures for the unforeseeable future. We need your cooperation, as well as your emapthy and kindness as we navigate this new way of doing business while this virus is still very much a part of our reality. We will be strictly enforcing the following rules: Maximum 8 patrons at a time. If you have travelled recently under no circumstances can you enter the gym for 14 days. If you have cold or flu like symptoms, STAY HOME. If you DO cough or sneeze, please do so in the Kleenex provided, dispose of the Kleenex then wash your hands. Wash your damn hands. Then wash them again. Sanitize all equipment thoroughly before and after use using spray bottles and paper towel provided. We will no longer be providing cloth towels. Physical distancing of 6ft between patrons 60 minute time cap. Get in, get to work and get out. I know we have been cooped up for months, but this is not the time for extended visiting inside the gym (you are welcome to physically distance visit in the parking lot)! As much as possible, bring in as little baggage as possible to keep any tracking of germs as well as preventing clutter to allow us to keep our distance. Mix your pre workout in your vehicle, change your clothes at work and just bring clean shoes etc. At this time, we will no longer be accepting drop ins. Tanning falls under *Personal Services* and at this time has been mandated unavailable until May 30th. There will be no water refill station. If you see anyone who may have forgotten these new procedures, please feel free to remind them or us. This is no time for complacency. Failure to comply with these rules will result in membership cancelation without refund. Please keep in mind that things will be changing as the Province adapts the mandates on physical and social distancing.
