The Ministry of Health has given us the green light as physiotherapists and massage therapists to beginning re-opening. Starting June 2, 2020 we will begin seeing clients and taking appointments for physiotherapy and massage therapy. We will be adhering to the recommendations outlined by the ministry of health and our governing bodies in prevention of infection and disease control, as well, as social distancing standards. We ask that all clients respect the policies and pro...cedures that we are putting in place during this time. To book an appointment call 905-851-1400. Complete the over the phone screening process. Arrive 5 mins before your appointment and wait outside for the practitioner to invite you in. Wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. Notify the practitioner of any health changes. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time while providing the same excellent quality of care.

Dispelling myths about back pain with Mary O'Keeffe! :) We have to keep educating ourselves and our patients with the latest and best evidence. There are still... a lot of myths surrounding low back pain. This is a great infographic to show your patients or hang on the wall in your clinic! :) The spine is strong and robust, we can trust our spine. No need to fear movement like bending or twisting.
