With the announcement of yet another Stay-At-Home Order and State of Emergency, our Office will be closed to the public and capacity reduced. Access to the building will be by appointment only. Please call ahead. Administrative and Management personnel will remain onsite in reduced numbers. All Office personnel remain reachable through our automated phone system. Thanks for your patience and cooperation during these challenging and ongoing times. Thank you also to all of our staff and all those we support for their incredible resiliency and determination!

We are hoping everyone is having a great Easter Weekend! We'd like to remind everyone that our main office is closed today because of the Easter Stat falling on the weekend. We reopen tomorrow at 9am.... Please note with the Provincial Shut Down, we have to reduce total numbers in the office once again. Therefore our doors remain locked. Please call ahead of time to ensure that there is room in numbers to allow for you to come in. We ask for your patience during this time while we do out best to navigate being reduced numbers at the office. So that everyone has a chance to be in the office, we are taking turns of who is in office.Managers and Directors who aren't at the office are still working and available via phone. We're sorry for this inconvenience. We hope with good diligence by people of Ontario this shut down will be lifted soon and we can once again start reopening process. ISSI would like to congratulate Todd’s support team today as they were presented with the 2020 Regional Support Associates Award of Excellence. This team has worked extremely hard alongside RSA while Todd has transitioned into his new home. Despite the challenges 2020 has brought, each member of this team has persevered and provided great, consistent support for Todd. This group has contributed to Todd’s success in living the good life in his new home. We are so pleased that the great support workers we have at ISSI are not only recognized and appreciated by us, but other agencies as well! Congratulations to all, thank you for all that you do!
