Hi everyone! I’d like to introduce myself, I’m Marnie Fry (some may still know me as Marnie Aubin) and I’ve been a health care aide for 35 years. I worked at the Boyne Lodge for 31 years as health care aid and a rehab assistant. In that time I also worked at Carman Hospital and for Carman Home Care. As the RHA starting to make policy changes, my roles and responsibilities were being redirected and it was then that my superior suggested to me that I start my own private care ...business. I had 5 years to go before I could retire with my magic 80 and receive my pension, so I thought I would give it a try and 5 years later my business was booming so I took my retirement. 2 years prior I had the privilege of caring for my father when he was palliative and people would tell me well at least he’s in good hands and from there I had my future business name. I have had a wonderful team of caring and qualified individuals including trained health care aides and nursing students. Our number 1 goal is to keep our clients at home, safely and happily, for as long as possible by assisting in any and all of their needs. Whether that be with meals & medications, appointments & errands, personal hygiene, bathing & nail care, Physio & exercises or house cleaning. Also, providing support for families is a huge part of what we do. Please reach out to me if you are in need of guidance or a care plan for your loved one. I’m here to provide support not only for the client but the family as well.
