Health and safety is our highest priority. In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we’re making a number of changes to our treatment programs and service...s in support of public health. We’re temporarily suspending rehabilitation treatments at our Millard Health facility and cancelling or rescheduling large group programs. If you are impacted by these changes, our Customer Service team will contact you directly. Our downtown Edmonton and Calgary buildings are open for benefit cheque pick up and scheduled independent medical exams (IME) and permanent clinical impairment (PCI) assessments. Our front counters are closed to walk-in visitors, but our contact centre is available to assist you at 1-866-922-9221 (toll free from anywhere in Alberta). We are fully committed to the safety of our visitors and staff. Visit our website (www.wcb.ab.ca) to learn more and for up-to-date information about this evolving situation.
