In light of today's press conference. My shop is mandated to close on December 26th. They say 28 days, could be longer. Its been a rough week with everything going on with my grandma, today I got these back and it brightened my day, I hope it brightens yours a little too! I dont normally post personal stuff on here to complain about anything. But this needs to be looked into!!! This is my grandmothers home, she is now Covid 19 Positive due to the negligence of this home. Her roommate displayed signs of being ill for 3 days prior to being tested for covid 19, her test then came back positive. My grandmother was then left in the same room as this woman for another 24 hrs. After we complained.....and only after, the woman was removed.... It then took another almost 8 hrs to clean and sanitize the room. They have a washroom that is shared between my grandmother, and 2 other people in a different room.....as well as her roommate who was covid positive.....they didnt sanitize the bathroom either for over 24 hrs after finding out this person's status. She has waited 2 hrs for someone to help pull up her pants, she has missed breakfast and when calls were made she was given a sandwich, hours later.... She was also tested for covid last week but email after email asking when are the results in, how long does it take?....we got "the lab canceled her test, we are going to swab her again"....and then it came back positive... There was a zoom call meeting for family of residents......they continued to answer questions by other family members for 45 minutes, like why is my mom not getting her newspaper.....but when it came to our question of what is the protocol for someone displaying signs of covid....or why was my grandmother left in a room with a covid positive resident for over 24 hours after finding out....... they had no more time for any more questions ......we were completely ignored.....as well as our emails! The director will not answer emails to those questions. We have been lied to, ignored and they are the exact reason this virus is spreading and killing our loved ones. If you have a loved one in this home keep on top of it they're sheisty!

Hey everyone! Yes, I can open Friday :) however I also had to wait to get the email from leeds and grenville health unit as to the new guidelines I have to follow now due to covid 19 before I could actually book anyone! As stated in the previous post, priority is given to the clients who abruptly had their appts cancelled with such incredibly short notice. They will have the first pick of appointments. Some may choose to wait to until end summer, some may choose the appts so...oner but I need to be fair to everyone and that means making sure those people are first in line. If you have sent a message to the page, I WILL ANSWER YOU I have now almost 200 messages in my inbox and I am going through them with sarah so please please please be patient my lovely and supportive friends!
