What is Hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy’s goal is to assist you in gaining control over certain behaviours you have or certain ways of thinking and also can help you overcome emotional pain/trauma . The therapist (myself) will verbally walk you through visuals and repetitions to put the individual (yourself) in a relaxed state, which is also known as a hypnotic state. This will almost feel like a guided ... meditation. The individual (yourself) is aware of his/her/their surroundings and can also hear, see and respond to any suggestions. This is so we can talk to your subconscious mind, where the root of your memories, habits, behaviours, emotions, beliefs, and perceptions are all started. By getting to the root of why you are having these struggles, we can then overcome them, some issues may need more then one session to get to the root. Every person is different, hypnosis can help you find the key. Hypnotherapy offers countless benefits.
