Inner Clarity Transformation

This is what came to me just before I got up this morning. I did a short meditation or prayer and was talking to Spirit about how I am just doing enough to serve because I have been so tired and got a message back; Don’t just do things to survive, because then you well not thrive! Push through the barrier of funk, throw away the junk and be alive! - October 14th 2020. Hope this resonates with some of you’s out there at this trying time!

As you all know that I am doing a New Moon - Daily Gratitude Jar Meditation today at 6:30 Live. Here are the things you need it you would like to make your own... Altar and follow me on the mediation tonight! List: Things we need for the Altar: 1. Glass of water 2. A planet dirt 3. A candle fire 4. Air deep breathing Things to bring for Altar: one of these from 1-6 and make sure you bring #7. 1. Pictures of happy time 2. A ring, necklace or bracelet that really makes you happy when wearing it 3. Some kind of favorite food anything even sugar related 5. Crystals that make you happy 6. Your favorite flower it can be a picture or the real thing 7. Write down your favorite song, music, movie, or show Place these items on a table or desk any where you can see them while you are sitting and relaxing while I do the mediation! Looking forward to Mediate with you, in preparing for the New Moon changes and for giving Gratitude! 6:30 pm! Hope you can tune it!!!

If you are experiencing conflict with someone or about something; this is usually a sign from the Divine for you to look closer at what is really going on inside of yourself. For example: If someone is talking to you about not trusting the people they work for and you are there and that hits a nerve; the universe what’s you to look inside and see how this trust issue affects you on all levels not just about. This is a chance the Universe is giving you to step back and reevalu...ate yourself about trust and the deeper issue trusting yourself! This is so true, because every time I get really anger like my head is about to come off, I get a cold or flu! So be mindful of your anger and it's OK to be angry but don't let your angry take over and if you just acknowledge your angry and Forgiveness yourself and then others; it will counter act and boost your immune system! "Ho'oponopno", the forgiveness prayer -(making this right). I have found that Forgiveness is the real Key to healing with a dash of love!
