If you have danced with me at Inner Journeys before, you might have an idea of how I facilitate these sessions, although sometimes there are suprises If you are to new Inner Journeys, here’s what you can expect. This practice can bring you closer to your real self. I aim to create a space where people can let go of their inhibitions and express themselves as they are.... This is your time. If you want to spend the whole time on the floor, you can. If you want to do yoga, you can. The time is yours and you get do to do you. You have permission to let yourself express yourself in whatever way feels authentic in the moment. You get to be you. No rules, no judgements. Just freedom. Join me for a new series of Inner Journeys Starting Tuesday April 6th. It is a four week offering, and we will focus on the four elements, especially as they manifest in the season of the spring 7:00-8:30pm At @evolvedmovementarts $20/session or $60/4 week series We follow all safety protocols, and space is very limited. Personally Crafted Movement Sessions This unique offering invites you to a journey, created just for you based on your desire of exploration. We can draw from the modalities of Meditation, Movement, Dance, Yoga, and Conscious Breathwork.
