Then you can take off if need be. If you haven’t tried yoga in the park yet this fall it’s pretty amazing how warm you can get! And with the beautiful colours of fall, it’s breath taking! According to Brrrn, pioneers of cold yoga, frosty temperatures can improve endurance and recovery, as well as enhance focus and increase energy. INDOOR- Bhakti Yoga Class at Studio One 6 week session Sunday’s Oct 25- Nov 29 12-115pm PRE REGISTER FOR FREE- PAY WHEN CLASS SIZES ARE CONFIRMED.... $90.00 plus gst Bhakti Yoga with Daniel A Devotional Yoga Practice that will open the heart, strengthen the body and help calm/clear the mind. This practice is a flow practice. Open to multilevel yoga students. This 75 min Yoga Class will be held at Studio One on Jackson Ave and Taylor St . Pre registration required. Social Distancing markers on the floor, class sizes will be kept small (10 Students). Masks will be mandatory as we practice Ahimsa (non harm) and Saucha (cleanliness) towards others and our selves. Once the class is full we will require payment to secure the spot. An email will go out for payment and payment options.
