One of our Customers Paul Darnbrough would like to start up a Durham Region Chapter of SOS (Save Ontario Shipwrecks) . if you would like some more information or be involved check out the general meeting or contact Paul. Save Ontario Shipwrecks is a Provincial Heritage Organization in Ontario dedicated to the study, preservation and promotion of an appreciation of Ontarios marine heritage. Incorporated in 1981, SOS is a public charitable organization of dedicated volunteers from across the Province. Operating mainly through a group of Local Chapter Committees supported by a Provincial Board of Directors and Provincial Executive, our volunteers have undertaken many worthwhile projects and activities.

Dan Hickey and Charles Doolan just finished off a very busy week completing a NAUI crossover course and a huge thanks to David Caldwell from NAUI for all the hard work and support this week!! Congratulations also goes to Charles Doolan as our newest instructor who will be soon offering Technical Courses and Innerspace Owner Roman Mizanski for becoming NAUIs newest affiliate store!!!

Sad News, Andy Sapkowski The scuba world has lost an avid sport diver and an enthusiastic instructor with the recent passing of Andy Sapkowski. Andy has been a long-time friend and colleague to many of the co-instructors, students, dive buddies and customers of Innerspace Divers Supply. Some of you were Andys travelling companions on numerous dive excursions to the Caribbean Islands, and many others simply knew him as a frequent presence in the Store, where he liked to just hang out and talk scuba. All will remember him as a positive, helpful and sincere person and always eager to share his enthusiasm for diving. We are happy to have known Andy and to have shared in the activities he loved scuba and friendships. He was our friend. Andy, you will be dearly missed but not forgotten. Roman Mizanski & Dan Hickey
