Weekend Breakfast Idea!! Use any kind of fruit you like, or try swapping the peanut for almond butter...The idea is to get the awesome vitamins, minerals, and fibre from the fruit and veg, and balance it with the healthy fats from the nuts. Have fun and enjoy!
