Kitchens are one of the most important spaces in a home. Tericia's house had a partially closed off kitchen creating a dark and unwelcoming space. When it came time for renovation, she wanted to open up the space and make the space vibrant. The wall with an opening through the kitchen was removed. The small kitchen was also lenghtened for more counter space. The dropped ceiling focuses on to the kitchen and provides a welcoming environment. Farm to Table, previously Neighbours Choice Market, has been serving it's community in West Vancouver for many years. When Jason and Eva decided to renovate, Inno Construction was called in make their design come to fruition. The once clustered store was opened up with wider aisles. One of our specialities are Tenant Improvements. (TI) In this TI we made a new showroom and a few offices. Also built a new mezzanine to utilize the high ceilings. This balcony was causing some major headaches for this home owner. With insufficient drainage, the balcony would often be filled with water. As time progressed, the stucco rail began to grow some unsightly mold and damage the interior of the garage. Inno Construction Ltd. decided the best remedy would be to remove the existing stucco rail and provide a slope away from the house. In essence this would prevent water from pooling, stopping any further damage to the home. Cheers..., Inno Team

One of the best parts about summer is relaxing on your backyard deck, barbecuing with a cold beverage in hand. This home already had some nice features like the perimeter retaining wall, however, Inno Construction Ltd. and the home owner believed the space could be improved.
