Some good news!!!

As of Tuesday February 16, 2021 we are happy to announce that we will be able to resume our services! A huge thank you to all of our valued clients for your patience, understanding and loyalty during these difficult times. As a small business, it is greatly appreciated! We look forward to getting back to work! See you soon!

We regret to inform you that we will be shut down as of today, December 26, 2020 until January 23, 2021 due to the Ontario COVID-19 lockdown. Over the past few days we have been doing our due diligence to find out if we are deemed essential for the services we provide. Unfortunately, according to the Public Health Unit and the Ontario Stop the Spread Initiative we are deemed non-essential therefore we are not permitted to be operating. Cleaning and organizational services... are only deemed essential and are permitted to operate for clients that are unable to do these tasks for themselves. While it is very difficult for us, we are committed to being socially responsible and to follow the guidelines that are set forth in order to keep us, our families, our clients and our communities safe. We are also a small family run business that cannot afford the risk of fines due to non compliance. We will be closely monitoring the situation and the moment these lockdowns are lifted, we will be continuing with our regularly scheduled clients. We truly value your business and hope to be back to work ASAP! We appreciate your patience as we go through this for a second time this year. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have such loyal and understanding clients! Regular clients can expect to receive an email with more information. Just to say Jan, you and Melissa and crew have really gone above and beyond to assist them. Becoming very old is tremendously hard, especially if you are trying to keep your independence and stay away from the risks of care homes. Every piece of the puzzle that helps them maintain their home and dignity is tremendously important. And... you are definitely big pieces. Thank you so much.
