This week in news only lawyers could love: the Court Of Queen's Bench Of Alberta have made some serious steps in digitizing court services, and fax filing is no more! Instead we can now e-mail file court documents, making life easier for our clients and for anyone needing to work with the courts. Don't worry, we still have our fax machine just in case!

The 20th Marked the 15th Anniversary of Same Sex Marriage being legalized in Canada! Congrats to all our couples!

More #COVID19 updates: with everything slowly opening, we've introduced some procedures for the new post-covid world. All clients or visitors to our office are now asked to wear a face mask. We can provide one if you don't have one. We're regularly sanitizing, cleaning high touch areas, and minimizing office traffic. We also have some questions for you: like, have you travelled recently? Do you have any symptoms (cough, runny nose, fever)? Have you been in contact with a case of COVID or someone who has travelled? If the answer is YES, we will ask you to re-book your appointment. We're hoping regular use of procedures like these will help minimize community transmission.
