Hello everyone! I understand some inspectors are shutting down for COVID-19 social-distancing. I am indeed continuing full-force with one exception... I ask to perform inspections with no one present and will conduct telephone convo with clients to review report and answer questions. Fair?

Well, this morning's inspection marks 10,000 for me! Feb 2004-on... Where has the time gone?? I wanna take a moment to thank all of you who participated in this milestone. Here's to the next 10K!

Hey everyone! I've been asked a few times what my holiday schedule is like.... I'll be available: Dec 28, Jan 2, 3, 4, 7, 8. Leaving the 9th for Antigua (warmer there :), returning the 19th. Back to work Jan 21 to my regular schedule!... Wishing you all a fantastic 2019!
