In my career as property manager of commercial and rental real estate I’ve learned the ins and outs of building maintenance. I’ve experienced the consequences of poor construction practices and have first-hand experience from major building defects. What I’ve seen is that these defects can lead to major cost and serious headaches to the building owners. My experience and as an InterNACHI Certified Property Inspector (CPI) has driven me to write the mission of Inspector Scrupulous’s mission is to provide the highest-quality inspections with the most scrupulous detail and presented in under 24h in the greater Prince Edward County Area.
