I made this one a while ago. It is on Etsy as an original painting but this week I was using the image on a mug, and I realized I am attached to the original. I try not to do that, but sometimes I do anyway. It reminds me of my dad. He was an outdoorsy person who loved watching animals: deer, moose, antelope, mountain goats and sheep, and of course bears. I remember going for drives to the mountains and he would always be spotting the wildlife. He was gifted that way. Now, wh...en I go to the mountains, I miss having him with me to point out some of the creatures. I loved that about my dad. I guess that is why I am attached to this painting. It is a good reminder of what I took for granted, that I now look at it as a treasure.
