This cake was the most stressful delivery to date!! Wasn’t sure it would survive the drive into Vancouver....sugar can be so delicate. We took a repair kit and didn’t have to use it...phew!! Each wave was made individually, freehand poured and shaped and then assembled. Love, love, love working with 320 degree sugar!!! Thank you Ilona Anderson for your ordering and Happy 30th Trevor!!
