Due to the current health situation, we can't do the big Halloween event we hosted last year. But we love Halloween! So... we are adapting. The Wellness Shop will be open from 12-2 tomorrow (Oct. 16) and next Friday (Oct. 23) for your personal and holiday shopping needs AND we will be having some Halloween fun! I don’t often post worky things, Julie is much better at hashtags and all that mumbo jumbo. So here is a rambling post from me because I have to get this out. T...oday I chose to treat myself to a treatment. This doesn’t happen very often as there is always sooooo much to do and practising what I preach often gets sidelined. The lovely Julie always does the best pedicure and I just Love a microdermabrasion session from her, skin always feels plumper and younger afterwards. Today she bowled me over!!!!!! Knocked the ball right out of the park....... So much so I think she should rename it. Currently known as a Vata facial, this should be renamed to I suggest The MAGIKAL face head holistic experience, or something like that... I’m not kidding, it was a total body, relaxing, moisturizing, exfoliating, de stressing, lymph draining, meditating experience performed on the face and head. If you love yourself or want to treat someone else, do it, get them booked in or buy a gift certificate or something. I’m totally zen right now and pretty sure my skin is very thankful. What a fabulous start to the day.
