So excited to start practicing with all of the learning I've been doing this week through some amazing seminars! This exercise just changed my life forever! :)

REAL LIFE MESSAGE CARDS Have you ever had someone dear to you share bad news with you and you had no idea what to say that would make them feel better? When someone has been given devastating news about their health, or is left feeling broken after a loved ones death, the last thing they want to hear are words like, "Things happen for a reason", "This too shall pass" or "Time heals all wounds". What they really want is someone to feel the pain they are feeling and just sit an...d hurt with them. Recently, within days of each other, I had one friend learn she has cancer and one friend who lost her beautiful daughter. Both times I found myself erasing what I had written to offer my condolences and both times I could only say, "I don't know what to say". Not intending to find inspiration through their heartache I realized I needed to come up with something that might make it easier to let someone know you're thinking of them during their difficult time, or maybe put a smile on their face for one short second. Headed to the drawing board I knew I wanted to create a line of cards that offer real and honest messages with the hope that the person receiving them will know they aren't alone and that I'm there for them for whatever and whenever they need me. I am hoping to place my first order by Oct. 31st. If you have found yourself in the same situation and you would like to add a set to have on hand, please let me know.
