Just had a wonderful first day at the Vernon Wellness Fair, sharing mini Reiki and Reflexology sessions, with lots of fun folks. The final day is Sunday from 10am -4pm. Please look for inSpire Wellness Studio in the Dogwood Gym at the Rec Centre. See you there!
