Try 3 sets of 10 repetitions daily until they feel strong and stable and then check back in with your navasana. We will work with yoga blocks, weights and resistance bands to intelligently build your core strength. Each class will be recorded, and will begin with instruction for a 20 minute exercise routine, complete with reps and sets, for you to practice in the time between classes. Then we will move into a fun yoga-style movement class that will challenge you in new ways and give you first hand experience of core stability, which is sure to bring a smile to your face (rather than the usual breath-holding grimace!).
