Today we had to prep the common hallways for our plumbers to come in and replumb a long section of recirc lines. Poly walls, site prep, neg air and full dust control management for this site. Spring is definitely upon us, time to mosey out of the house and head out into the yard and start cleaning up. ... Along with mowing, raking and the weeding.....out comes the power washer. But... before you turn on that bad boy that's been in the shed for the last winter season, take a quick peak at where your garden hose connects to the outside tap (hosebib) Do a little water test first to see if there might be water dripping from behind the siding of your house. This may be an indication that the pipe inside the wall may have frozen and split during our cold snap. You may have diverted the dreaded "honey can you come down to the basement, we have a swimming pool down here" conversation. The guys on site Performing a carpet cleaning after a water damage claim. There were a few concerns of spots not able to be cleaned up but, using specialty equipment and properly used chemistry they came right up. The clients carpets turned out really nice. Well done guys!!

The Mitigation Team was absolutely stellar today. The care and attention that they displayed for the clients home was exceptional. There were many things that happened on this particular job site that shone a spotlight on these guys. First thing, is that they really took their time to find ways to make the homeowner feel that they were in good hands, they cared for them and their home like it was their own place that this loss happened to. Second, over the last few months ...we have been gradually implementing a system of processes regarding how to structurally dry out and document a water loss. Its technical and requires specific actions during certain phases of the loss. These Pros nailed it. I couldn’t be more proud of these men as an owner.
