His killer is free even though he was the aggressor and followed Trayvon after authorities told the killer to leave Trayvon alone. ... Somehow a judge thought that it was totally ok for a white man to shoot and kill an innocent black teenager and have absolutely no consequences. Here's my example...I had a client provide me with details for a quote...name, address, date of birth, address of property to insure. I did the quote with basic info...it started at over $500/yr. i took more details, prior address, phone number, proper spelling of their name (ALL THINGS TIED TO YOUR CREDIT)... New premium less than $250...(not every quote will be cut in half-disclaimer...lol) Moral of this post your credit affects your cost of property insurance (not car insurance). If you are buying a home with your partner, ask the insurance broker to run the quotes with each name to see who's credit score gives a better rate. Also if you are moving into a new property make sure the credit score is ran on your old address (not new)...the old address is tied to your credit history and will provide credit history vs the new address that you have not moved into yet. A beneficiary could be a person (family, friend, partner, etc) or an entity (a charity, a business, the estate, etc)....
