’ , ! ? By tuning into my clients' individual stories, I witness profound, permanent transformations. Stories of courage, portraits of character are revealed through this process. I often hear my clients sharing tales of resilience in the face of failure. After each session, the environment is full of deep silence in awe with gained depth, strength, and vision of well-being and inn...er freedom. Simply put, my role is that of a Charioteer who leads you on this journey - the moment of restoring followed by curiously, an indescribable feeling of ‘lightness of being.’ Change is inevitable. Skilfully applying my knowledge and expertise in an accurate and precise layer of techniques is a significant aspect of your RTT session. On your transformational journey inwards, you are able to de-clutter and reconstruct demolished pieces within. You give undivided attention to your emotions, some of which you may have locked up years ago. Fears and doubts that have invaded your peaceful, calm sanctuary recede to their correct place in your life. The reframed fears and doubts then become valuable gifts to you. You choose the empowering and uplifting narrative that will replace the old, self-limiting beliefs. You can’t rewrite yesterday’s pages, but tomorrow’s are blank and you have the pen... so give yourself the permission to rewrite something good. Together, let’s revisit, reframe and rewrite the self limiting, harmful, negative beliefs into empowering experiences. Warmly, Dimple Rayat

Do you know that you’re letting your second-guessing, self-doubt or self-sacrificing get in your way? I heard a tiny whisper in my head, take the other route. I ignored it only to find an accident that delayed my appointment by an hour. Has anything like this ever happened to you? When was the last time you said I knew I should’ve listened to my gut feeling, Or I knew this was coming, Or I knew I should’ve made that call.? ... Often we have hunches to what our next step should be. Then why do we often ignore the whispers of our inner voice only to regret it later? Perhaps, you were told not to be a fool and listen to your head versus the heart. Maybe, you were scared to be wrong. Or no one believed in you and was ridiculed for your spontaneous NO without reason growing up. Which now displays in your behaviors as: Insecurities: you value others opinions Versus your own. Multi-tasking: you’re always in a hurry or doing too many things at once. Distractions: you’re never alone or always have your phone, TV or someone, something to keep you busy. Lack of clarity of your intentions. Which ever it may be for you, have faith and trust knowing that: You are where you are meant to be at any given point. Every choice you have ever made is the right one for you as it has brought you where you are today. You always have answer to your questions and solution to your problems as no one else knows your journey better than you. So, it’s now time to: Release self-blame. Take ownership and responsibility of your decisions. Toss out the rights and wrongs. Allow yourself to move freely. Follow your intuition trusting you’ve got this. We live in a duality. It occurs inside of us before it becomes our reality. Hence, nothing happens outside of us. Things people or situations may shape and condition us, but the meaning we give them is the meaning anything has for us. It’s imperative to have a kind loving relationship with yourself to lead a happy, peaceful life. Become your own best friend. Have your own back. Pick up and hold yourself with love, compassion and kindness you may expect from others. Fill up ...your emotional bucket. Learn to forgive yourself for every mistake. You must learn and find a way to love yourself even when you feel otherwise. It will require patience and tolerance to accept all of yourself. But trust me, it will be the best, and the long-lasting ever love story of your lifetime. Also, because you’re one person you can’t leave LOL. It could be different reasons for different people. Let me ask you, what’s holding you back from reaching out? Do you feel you would be annoying, hassling or burdening anyone? Do you fear people don’t care, nor has time for you? ... Would you feel embarrassed to admit for not having all the answers and don’t want to look week? Or, you feel you should be able to figure it out for yourself? Whichever your reasons are, know that avoiding or pretending you don’t need help for fear of rejection or judged won’t make the issue go away. Asking for help is a sign of strength. It’s OK not to have it all figured out or to have all the answers.
