Creation is evolutionary; it includes and transcends. An atom retains its properties as it combines into a more complex structure of a molecule. You and I replicate this process as we evolve, develpmentally and as conscious choosers. Reflections of 2020 surprised us. The surprise was how postive and forward looking your intentions and insights are for creating new with a significant majority of the responses including others. The care and inclusion for supporting others, rather than it being all about ME was refreshing and clear. The full distillation will be posted tomorrow. I hope you will be as inspired as we are!

Women as a gender identity is only part of this equation. This speaks to the feminine energy we all contain, women and men. Imagine integrating the feminine with the masculine for collaboration vs competition, power vs force, being vs doing. We need both energies and we need the knowledge and skill to be able to choose which energy to use in different circumstances. You have the opportunity to choose rather than act from your default settings, integral mastery. Easy and joyful.

Developmental differences explains the difficulty of one level/ stage to understand another level. They lower level just can’t see or perceive the same qualities as the upper levels. Just like a developing child can’t see the same as an adult. Speak the language of the lower level. It is one way to communicate more effectively.
