ALL ABOARD THE GLUTEN FREE TRAIN??? How about KOMBUCHA instead! I've been approached on the topic many times over the past few years as this Fad grows and have always stood firm that the deprivations of living gluten free aren't necessary. The cost of Kombuca or similar infusions, could certainly be less than buying GF food all the time, take way less time to manage, allow a far more enjoyable life and even offer other health benefits! ... Fact is; only 1% of the population is diagnosed with celiac disease requiring them to avoid gluten. Furthermore only 0.10% of the population is allergic to wheat which would require A gluten-free lifestyle. And yet evidence all around including the personal life experience of the brilliant young lady, diagnosed with celiac, who co-founded this company, show that ingesting the correct herbal fusions/probiotics, etc, a person living with these conditions could entirely tolerate gluten. Others who are simply "intolerant" to gluten but not medically found to have any cause per say, I believe, as with many other idiopathic symptoms to have an under lying cause, an imbalance in the body which simply needs to be assessed and treated accordingly. Unfortunately allopathic medicine does not dig this deep and requires the attention of a specialized natural practitioner. Food for thought.... (Pun intended ) Please read the article.
