Covid-19 Service Update- We Are Still Open For Business As Usual ICS remains open during this pandemic that is affecting us all. Because of decreased volumes, we are temporarily downsizing our larger branches and taking on more work remotely to accommodate clients, owners, and shops. We are still doing drive-out, non-contact appraisals when appropriate and completing Remote Fastrak Appraisals when it is not. Our staff is working from home wherever possible, appraisers ar...e dispatched to their claims and complete them remotely but our admin team remains fully operational. With the support of our partners, we will navigate through this incredibly difficult time and be there for them when this is over. After 10 years in the Automotive Appraisal business, Tom Gugel and I decided it was time to update our logo. This new logo represents 2 things, the first being that Integrated Claims Services Ltd, quickly became ICS within the industry and we wanted the logo to reflect this. The second and more importantly was that we are a Canadian company, locally owned within Canada, and when you support ICS, you are supporting Canadians. At ICS we are constantly seeking ways to improve our services, add products, and add value to our clients. Halloween spirit at ICS

We are pleased to announce that Duane Romuld has joined Integrated Claims Services as our South East Alberta Appraiser. Duane brings with him many years of experience in both automotive and equipment appraisals and will expand our Alberta coverage with local service from Brooks and Medicine Hat. This location is a full service location and is equipped with Audatex and E-Claim estimating, as well as our online file management system.
