Construction Framers Construction Framers are responsible for building, installing, maintaining and repairing foundations, exterior doors, windows, floors, walls and roofs. Duties include: - Select, measure and mark materials for exterior doors and windows, foundations, floors, walls and roofs - Cut and shape materials and join them with nails, screws, bolts or glue - Develop work plans - Read and interpret blueprints REQUIREMENTS - Must be hard working, punctual and a dedicated team player - Able to read blue prints and a tape measure is an asset - Able to work as a team member - Must have good organizational skills - Must have reliable transportation 2. Construction Labourers Construction Labourers are responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons and perform labour activities at construction sites such as preparing and cleaning up construction sites, moving materials and equipment, and performing demolition and excavation activities.
