So, thanks to my wonderful, technologically-proficient son Nolan, I put together a video of the last camp pre-COVID shutdown, which focused on Core Connectivity - the way in which we use our core muscles to drive all of our movement as goaltenders. The music is composed, performed, and recorded by yours truly. If you like the metal, crank it up! If not, you might want to turn your speakers down https://youtu.be/5GN5h9DbDqE

This week was Compete Week for the U13 A1 goalies. The boys competed until they couldn't stand up! You made your coach proud, boys!
Had a wonderful time yesterday at my old stompin' grounds, the Rycroft arena, working with the U11 and U13 goalies from the Spirit River Minor Hockey Association. Special thanks to Steve Magill for setting this up. Looking forward to a great year with your group!
Thanks to the 2009 Major CNG Rebels group for having me out to work with the goalies today. It's always a joy to get to work with Talon, and meeting Easton today was a pleasure! Great skate today, boys; you worked incredibly hard!
