This is what we have heard: People are being called and told: Your vehicle warranty has expired. The voice on the other end of the phone will offer an extended warranty. Claiming the papers will be sent in the mail shortly. The warranty is to be paid by credit card during the call. The voice offering the warranty does not offer a company name, but eludes to it being the selling dealer making the call. The voice is a very pleasant girl, who sounds quite convincing. If asked the voice will leave a name and a number for future contact. The number when called, rings to a cell phone which answers with "this number has not been assigned". Subaru owners ****THIS IS A SCAM!*** DO NOT give out your phone credit card info. Integrity Subaru will never call you to sell warranty over the phone. We have heard from many vehicle owners, not only Subaru owners. Please share this. Not only on Facebook but verbally to any older folks you may know. Lets shut this scam down! This can only be done through education. Talk with your elderly friends and family.
