I guess it’s National Sons Day I am so blessed with these 2 little boys I never knew how much someone could have your whole heart, but also drive you so crazy ... These boys are loud, rambunctious and talkative. They are also sensitive, sweet and caring. I wouldn’t trade their wild and crazy personalities for anything. Happy International Sons Day

What a beautiful Fall morning for an IntellidanceBabies class with Mommy Connections Calgary. I had the pleasure of leading some mamas and their mini movers in some songs, rhymes and dancing! While some adjustments had to be made to follow health and safety guidelines, it felt so good to be back teaching an in person class Thanks for having me Mommy Connections Calgary!
