With the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to assure you that Intello Technologies has measures in place and is taking every precaution to help keep people safe, all while minimizing the impact on the company’s operations. In an effort to help limit the spread of the virus, to protect our employees and their families, as well as our ability to continue to support our customers, we are implementing a mandatory work from home policy for our employees for the next two weeks. We are also limiting travel and working with customers to postpone installations that are not urgent.

Quick update: we have continued to work hard during these past weeks: our helpdesk support services have remained fully open and we've been busy adjusting to the new realities of the COVID-19 situation. Our employees, all Canadian-based, have continued to work remotely during this period. We provided them with the opportunities to increase their knowledge and skills through online training, and whenever possible, flexible work schedules so they could take care of their famili...es. We’ve also implemented payment relief programs for customers that have had to temporarily completely close their business during these hard times. COVID-19 Update Dear customers, Yesterday the Quebec and Ontario governments announced that non-essential businesses must close their physical offices to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Most of our customers are considered essential businesses that can remain open, and as important suppliers to these companies, our offices are also remaining open. ... Our support staff is already working remotely from home, so in the event that our offices need to be completely closed our support services and WiFi networks will remain available.
