Current Project: Second Storey Addition. We are blowing off the roof of the existing bungalow to add a second storey. Doing so will allow us to move almost all the bedrooms to the new floor. Since all the bedrooms are moved upstairs, we have plenty of room to redesign a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and other important spaces. Welcome to 138 Government Rd. A 3 million dollar, 4500 sq ft new build located in Etobicoke. 4 floors; 5 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, wine cellars, outdoor sun room.. We started working on this project 2 years ago and did everything from concept to completion. Mood boards, samples and sourcing. We selected hardwoods, tiles, baseboards and mouldings. The layouts. The colour pallets. And everything else in between.

Part 1 of 2 (Ground Floor) What are your thoughts on architectural visualization? I personally think it's very important to show the client what they are getting before even applying for a permit, because changes are much easier in the earlier stages of the design. We spent weeksl perfecting every detail in this luxury house and this is the outcome....
