This new Trauma course I am taking with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk is The ability of the human body to heal is absolutely amazing and this is exactly why I do the work that I do! There is a way out! Some times I tell my clients who feels really hopelessly stuck that I'll hold the hope for them and when they are ready they can have it! I truly believe no matter how far down we have gone or how much despair we encounter we can heal and be free from what keeps us on the wheel of suffering! I know it so deeply because it is me. It's my story.
