2020 was a challenging year for everyone. From health-care workers and students, to everyday hardworking individuals, we all had to deal with sudden changes and trying situations. That's why we recognize that it's important to help and support each other, now more than ever. At Intergalactic, 2020 has given us a deeper appreciation for the health partners we've worked with. In recent years, we have been fortunate to help with website design for the Mental Health Commission of Canada, and with VR experiences for Foundry. We look forward to working with more partners that support mental health and overall wellness.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and with COVID-19 concerns out there, less women are having preventative checks done. Helen Addis, a friend of the agency, set up a campaign last year called Change and Check, which has already saved many women’s lives due to early detection. Please remember to regularly self-check, and if you have any concerns, speak to your family doctor for the safest way to have an examination done.
