Hey guys a few updates: Firstly there is no class this week. Secondly because we cannot have Chinese new Year and tournament gatherings we have decided we will be getting together once a month in a zoom huddle and connect everyone. Students from afar and close. Maybe even some that have been on hiatus. we will be having our first one this Thursday at 7- 8 approximately on zoom if you require a link let us know and we will give you one. If you are on our regular mailing list one should be attached that way. If not message us here and we will link you in.

We are looking for students for online Wednesday morning zoom class. Maybe you are stuck at home with nothing to do, here is an opportunity to train with us Wednesday mornings for a session of three months. It doesn't matter if you have trained before or new we are working on building a firm foundation. if you are interested please message us and we we will get the information to you to reserve and get a spot for fun, challenge and to get your mind and body active.

We are excited as we head back to classes this week. These are in person and online classes. The important thing is that you are training. We are building a foundation this session and hopefully your foundation is strong! What foundation do you need to build? Classes officially start this evening. If you are not registered or are interested still in classes there are a few spots available. They are a limited number of spots for the session. Monday we are offering basic Kung-fu, and mantis kung fu . Tuesday is little tigers goup one ,foundational Kung fu and kickboxing/san shou level one. Wednesday is Adult basic kung fu , tai chi and bjj beginners. Thursday is little tigers kung fu group 2, Bjj advanced and level 2 kickboxing/sanshou. Friday (in Yorkton) is kids kung fu basics and then foundation/advanced kung fu mixed. Looking forward to see you all at the school. make sure to check what you need to bring for each class and what the covid rules are prior to coming to class. For a bit he will observing your progress and when it is time you will be able to practice with him. So at this time refrain from interacting with him until he has observed your moves and you are worthy of training with Bob. We will be in touch and training soon.

Hello Everyone, just to follow up on an email communication and make sure I catch most people ... Here we are 2 weeks later with many changes! As you may have expected, we have decided to extend the suspension of classes.... With a target date of June for a reboot, we can honestly say that things will definitely look different moving forward on a lot of fronts. The plan is to set a summer schedule to run through June - July - August and then see how the Fall looks to get back to a schedule that may seem more familiar. We will be in contact with the different class groupings directly with additional details in the upcoming weeks. Another note on postponement is our 20 Year Anniversary Celebration and Master Sun Mantis Seminar which was planned for the weekend of May 9 --- that we will look forward to September. Again, we thank all of you for your patience during this uncertain time and we encourage all of our members to follow health authority recommendations to minimize exposure, as well as possible transmission of illness in our community at large. We wish you all good health and we encourage you to continue training at home and to keep in touch for training ideas and advice; Kung Fu Students can follow this International Mantis FB page @internationalmantiscanada where you'll find links to our YouTube channel where some training videos will be posted periodically.
