Any payments will need to made via online banking, at the bank directly or by calling us with a credit card. I’m sure by now most of you are aware. But incase you have not heard, there is a town wide outage affecting the wallaceburg area on the cable network. Cogeco is aware of the issue and they are working on getting things back up and running as soon as possible.

There is a planned outage for customers in the rural area today that are still using Internet Kent equipment. Xplornet is getting ready to launch a new tower so they need to move a few things around. Outage should last no more then 30 minutes

Strathroy LTE is currently back up and running. If you are still having issues, please reboot all of your equipment and give us a call if it does not come back within 10 minutes.

Due to a major hydro outage in wallaceburg there are going to be some major outages to both rural and residential customers. We will be able to investigate more once the hydro is restored. We appreciate your patience.
