I just found this rather glowing review of the book. There are also criticisms of which I have taken note and will attend to in the future. I am pleased to say the book continues to do well and serve it's purpose. I hope to improve on it even more in the next edition!!

It’s time for another update my friends! I have come to chapter 6 in the book which is on a subject that is not just essential for interviewing but, as with many topics in the book, is also important for other parts of your life. The subject is ‘Building Rapport’ and is useful in every aspect of human communications from meeting new people in social settings to connecting with those you encounter in your business life. The story I chose to begin this chapter relates a sto...ry where I established a deep and lasting rapport in connecting with an older woman from Iran who did not speak English. Though the verbal portion of the communication was through an interpreter, the majority of the conversation, which was non-verbal, was directly with her. I addressed the woman directly, pointed my heart at her and mirrored her body language, tone and rhythm. Our connection was such that at times she leaned in as if to speak with me, leaving the interpreter out. The real evidence of how strong our connection was came months later when the case went to court. The lady immediately relaxed and smiled when she saw me. After the case was dealt with and I told her of the outcome, she leaned in and said something quietly to me in Farsi. I looked to the interpreter who said, ‘She says she loves you’
