Since becoming a mom, I feel like I have really found my groove. While music is an anchor, there are many other healthy habits that keep me on track....largely influenced by this beautiful region and the beautiful people within it. The Shuswap Life is a connection point to share these stories. May you be inspired to eat well, explore more, live clean, and spread the local love. Sometimes we will showcase products, businesses or services (when they align with our values). But... mostly, I want to inspire you to be well, connected and thrive.
