Tonight's keep cool quinoa salad. Diced Veggies with cilantro, parsley, mint and a red wine/lemon dressing. Easy to use up anything you have on hand or what was lovely at the farmer's market that day.
Woo it is hot here in Vancouver! Tonight's dinner is a quinoa salad with toasted sourdough croutons- I cooked the quinoa last night and used the toaster today for the croutons, to avoid heating up our condo :)
I hope this happens. Shark fin soup causes too much damage to our shark population to be allowed to be served. Time to move on.
Arugula salad with Roasted Beets, Oranges, Chevre and Pistachios, Orzo with Caramelised Onions and Baby Spinach, Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Maple Port Glaze were just a few of the buffet offerings tonight!

All the fantastic greens coming up are so delicious! Try some pea shoots dressed simply with a little Olive oil, Lemon juice, salt and pepper alongside your next meal :) So easy!
