With GPS enabled trucks, users can monitor both truck and service call locations on a single map. With the price of fuel expected to rise this summer, locating the closest available truck to each service call is an effective way to minimize fuel and maintenance costs, while maximizing fleet output. The ability for users to update and manage multiple calls at the same time was a common customer request. In a busy dispatch office, it’s often a requirement to have access to more than one call at a time without having to open the software multiple times. Now users can manage multiple calls simultaneously while waiting on information from customers, drivers or staff. Full auditing allows management to review every change to their InTow Manager data.
