A warm welcome to our newest staff member, Physiotherapist and Bike Fitter, Sarah! Born and raised in Calgary, Sarah obtained her degree in Exercise and Health Physiology from the U of C before pursuing her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. While at UBC, Sarah has gained Physiotherapy experience in falls prevention, chronic disease management and sports injury management. ... Sarah is an athlete at heart, having completed across the Pacific Northwest in road and mountain biking and internationally in standard distance triathlon. Sarah ran cross country and track with the varsity teams in Calgary and Vancouver competing in distances from 800m to marathon. She continues to enjoy all forms of cycling, running, skiing, hiking and general outdoor fun. When not outside, you will find Sarah spending time with her partner, baking copious amounts of desserts and scrolling through the latest research in rehabilitation.
