"The less we have and the more we are decluttered, the less we have to contribute to fatigue decision making" Having a space that feels relaxed, calm, and decluttered are all important when it comes to being intentional and mindful with your home. One thing I find most people struggle with is having a space that feels CLUTTERED! Either you're a work-at-home parent, or have an office job that doesn't allow a lot of time to keep an organized home... Either way it never f...eels put together and relax for you to enjoy. What I have learned is that the less we have, the more we realize what is important to us and our home and what is useful versus what is collecting dust. It also allows you to see what we use our time on the most. Example. If you have a lot of belongings, you are going to be using a lot of energy towards making decisions on managing that space; tidying up, organizing, and trying to figure out where everything is going to go. The less we have, allows us to not fall into fatigue decision-making. Yes! This is a real thing. If we are always having to make decisions on where things are going, how to organize, what to keep or get rid of...
